What are your views on the general principles of the Bill and the need for legislation to deliver the Welsh Government’s stated policy objective (to make the Senedd a more effective legislature by ensuring it is broadly representative of the gender make-up of the population)?

I completely oppose it. It will turn wales into an undemocratic voting system and one dominated by men. Until you are able to recognise biological sex you are simply furthering the causes of men through self id. Every voter should be entitled to know who they are voting for to represent them. Not having this visibility is undemocratic. There are candidates in each party I would vote for and those who I wouldn’t. I should have the right to choose.

What are your views on the system of enforcement and potential sanctions for non-compliance proposed in the Bill?

As per my previous answer I completely oppose it

Are there any potential barriers to the implementation of the Bill’s provisions? If so, what are they, and are they adequately taken into account in the Bill and the accompanying Explanatory Memorandum and Regulatory Impact Assessment?

I think you are in breach of the Equality Act. I don’t have the expertise to comment on the first past the post system but your proposal seek to completely remove this system.

Are any unintended consequences likely to arise from the Bill?

You will end up having more men through your inability to recognise women by biology. I think even less people will vote because when you remove the link between the vote and the representative, what is the point of voting. It is simply a dictatorship and not one that listens to or represents the constituents. Instead it’s party first which is not how our democratic political system is supposed to work.

What are your views on the Welsh Government’s assessment of the financial and other impacts of the Bill?

As with all other assessment like the 20mph, the tree planting in Uganda, the Implementation of the IT system and Cardiff airport. I believe it’s as useful as all of those

What are your views on the balance between the information contained on the face of the Bill and what is left to subordinate legislation? Are the powers for Welsh Ministers to make subordinate legislation appropriate?

Do you have any views on matters relating to the legislative competence of the Senedd including compatibility with the European Convention on Human Rights?

I don’t believe the senedd has demonstrated legislative competence. I believe you’ve misunderstood the law and your authority within it. You fail to recognise women’s protection and women as equal to men or maybe you do and don’t care.

Do you have any views on matters related to the quality of the legislation, or to the constitutional or other implications of the Bill?

Please recognise women and biological sex. Self id is not in the interests of women. It puts women at risk and at a greater disadvantage

Are there any other issues that you would like to raise about the Bill and the accompanying Explanatory Memorandum or any related matters?

Anything else?

Stop priorities self id and minority interests over the interests of the majority of the population.
